Processing: Fermentation in steel fermenters of 200 hl at controlled temperature between 24-26°C/ 74-79°F followed by prolonged maturation in cement tanks for 12 months 

Organoleptic characteristics: scents of pepper,chocolate,spices and tobacco. Warm, tannic, with good persistence and finishes with notes of plum

Pairings: Grilled meats, wild meat, vegetables and spiced cheeses

The Floral Box is an explosion of fresh and floral flavors, with hints of tropical fruits.

The best moment to taste these wines is summer and we couldn't imagine a summer without them!

Serve these wines at 9-10°C and pair with shelfish and raw fish. You will love them!
