The Majid is a made withspecial blend of carefully selected and locally sourced white grapes from the Santa Ninfa region in Sicily.
The Majid wine process consisted on a light cryomaceration at the temperature of 7-8°C/ 44-46°F followed by fermentation in small steel tanks at controlled temperature between 18-20°C / 64-68°F.
