Organoleptic characteristics: Our Cabernet Sauvignon is full-bodied, good structured with enveloping tannins. Complex bouquet reminiscent of wild blueberries, blackcurrants and blackberries.
Pairings: Perfect with truffles and red meats and aged cheeses.
