Processing: Light cryomaceration at temperature of 7-8°C/ 44°F- 46°F. Followed by fermentation in steel tanks of 300 hl at controlled temperature of 18-20°C/ 64°F-68°F.

Organoleptic characteristics: The bouquet presents itself with notes of citrus, floral and ripe fruits. The palate is savory with mineral and a lively acidity
