Processing: Brief cryomaceration at the temperature of 7-8°C/ 44°F- 46°F followed by fermentation in small steel tanks at controlled temperature between 18-20°C/ 64°F- 68°F.
Color: Straw yellow
Organoleptic characteristics: intense bouquet with hints of tropical fruits, bananas and peaches. It has good persistence
