Our Merlot red wine is locally sourcedfrom naturally cultivated grapes.

Alcohol volume:13,5%

Serving temperature: 15-17°C/ 59-62°F

Production Area: Hills of Santa Ninfa( altitude 200 A.S.L.)

Processing: Fermentation in steel fermenters of 200 hl at controlled temperature between 24-26°C/ 75-79°F

Color: Ruby-red

Organoleptic characteristics: bouquet dominated by currants, cherriesand blueberries. Broad and deep flavours, full-bodied, tannic.

Pairings: Merlot Red Wine is particularly indicated for red meats and lightly spiced cheeses
