Processing: Fermentation in steel fermenters of 200 hl at controlled temperature between 24-26°C/ 75-79°F
Organoleptic characteristics: bouquet dominated by currants, cherriesand blueberries. Broad and deep flavours, full-bodied, tannic.
Pairings: Merlot Red Wine is particularly indicated for red meats and lightly spiced cheeses
