Our Zibibbo white wine is locally sourced from naturally cultivated grapes.

Serving temperature: 9-10°C/ 48-50°F
Production area: Hills of Santa Ninfa, Sicily ( altitude 350 A.S.L.)
Processing: To produce Zibibbo Wine we proceeded with a brief cryomaceration at the temperature of 7-8°C/ 44-46°F, followed by fermentation in small steel tanks at controlled temperature between 18-20°C/ 64-68°F.
Color: straw yellow with golden reflections
Organoleptic characteristics: Zibibbo Wine is warm, aromatic and persistent with scents of ripe fruits
Pairings: Ideal with fish dishes (even raw fish)
